Aufgaben

The Team: Chief of Staff, CEO Office (COS)

We are a team of highly skilled and motivated problem-solvers who envision the future and drive positive transformation within the company. We play a vital role in setting and implementing the global strategy of TKE. We work closely with different central functions and regional teams to develop a robust strategic framework. We oversee the annual strategic review process and leverage advanced analytics to interpret market- and competitive data and trends, transforming complex information into actionable insight.

As Intern/Working Student (d/f/m) COS you will contribute to and experience strategic work in a highly international environment. In your role you will:

  • Work closely with the TKE Chief of Staff to develop a new global strategy framework that addresses secular trend alignment and provides differentiation thinking
  • Engage with consultants, global functions and regions to internalize the top-down market model to substantiate strategic conclusions
  • Identify, analyze and track trends, changes, and disruptions in relevant markets and competitors and derive implications for TKE
  • Prepare market intelligence reports and other strategy presentations for the TKE Senior Leadership Team
  • Support in the preparation, organization and communication of the annual strategic review process to refine strategies aligned with goals and market dynamics
  • Support the Board Office with various tasks

Profil
  • Student of business administration, industrial engineering or equivalent at a university or university of applied sciences
  • First experience in the area of business development, project management and/or consulting is a plus
  • Interest in quantitative and qualitative research
  • Highly self-driven with a good sense of responsibility
  • Top-notch conceptual and analytical skills to be able to cope with a great variety and diversity of topics
  • Team player with good social and communication skills to be able to work in diverse team constellations
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications with advanced MS Excel/PowerPoint skills; Power BI proficiency is a plus
  • Fluent English (written & spoken) required; Knowledge of German/another foreign language is a plus
  • Availability of 20 hours per week for a working student position or full-time internship for at least 6 months
